Introducing LBX’s Long Front Excavators: 220, 260, and 370 X4S Models

LBX Company has launched three groundbreaking long front excavators: the Link-Belt 220, 260, and 370 X4S. These advanced machines are purpose-built for tasks requiring extended reach, such as dredging, waterway maintenance, and site remediation.

The innovative hydraulic system is a defining feature. By combining an electronically controlled hydraulic pump with SSC (Spool Stroke Control), these excavators provide unparalleled precision and responsiveness, making them ideal for intricate operations.

The 220 X4S boasts a reach of 15.5 meters, while the 260 expands that to 18.2 meters, and the 370 takes it further to 18.5 meters. For digging, the 220 handles depths up to 12 meters, with the 260 and 370 models reaching 14.5 meters and 14.1 meters, respectively.

Under the hood, an Isuzu Tier 4 Final engine powers all three models, delivering outstanding fuel economy without the need for a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF). With four performance modes—Speed, Priority, Eco, and Lift—operators can easily adapt to varying job requirements while maintaining maximum efficiency.

These excavators are designed for long hours of operation. The 500-hour fuel filter service interval minimizes maintenance, and the DEF tank’s low consumption rate extends operating time. In SP mode, fuel efficiency improves significantly: 4% for the 220, 4.5% for the 260, and 3% for the 370 X4S compared to previous models.

Inside the cabin, safety meets luxury. Certified for ROPS and FOPS Level 1, the spacious cab features a high-definition, anti-glare 25-cm LCD monitor, customizable displays, and WAVES (Wide Angle Visual Enhancement System) for a 270-degree view. The heated high-back seat and ample legroom enhance operator comfort, even during extended shifts.

These long front excavators showcase LBX’s dedication to innovative engineering and customer-centric design.
